- If the Employer and/or Jobseeker wishes to use any of the Services, the Service Provider will collect certain information regarding the Employer and/or Jobseeker, including Personal Information.
- Any Personal Information provided by the Employer and/or Jobseeker to the Service Provider:
- may be used by the Service Provider:
- to operate, maintain, and improve the features and functionality of the Site and/or the Services;
- for internal non-marketing or administrative purposes;
- to provide information to the Employer and/or Jobseeker about updates and new Services;
- to process billing and collection of any fees (to the extent applicable);
- to meet the Service Provider’s legal and regulatory obligations in terms of the Applicable Laws.

- be used by the Service Provider to send commercial or marketing messages to the Employer and/or Jobseeker without the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s prior consent;
- be sold, shared, made available or transmitted to any third parties, without the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s consent.

Cookies
- To make the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s experience more convenient, the Site uses cookies that require acceptance by the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s web browser software.
- If the Employer and/or Jobseeker does not wish to accept a cookie, the Employer and/or Jobseeker is able to configure the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s web browser software to enable the Employer and/or Jobseeker to decline a cookie that is to be sent to the Employer and/or Jobseeker.
- Please note that if the Employer and/or Jobseeker configures the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s web browser software to decline cookies, the Site (and/or the Services) will not function as intended.
Disclosure of Personal Information
- To make the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s experience more convenient, the Site uses cookies that require acceptance by the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s web browser software.

- the third party service providers assisting the Service Provider in processing or otherwise fulfilling Transactions and/or providing the Services;

Security of the Employer's and/or Jobseeker's Personal Information
- The Service Provider will take appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss of, damage to or unauthorised destruction of Personal Information and the unlawful access to or processing of such Personal Information.
- The Service Provider will take reasonable steps to identify all reasonably foreseeable internal and external risks posed to the Personal Information under the Service Provider’s possession or control and establish and maintain appropriate safeguards against any risks identified.
- The Service Provider will notify the Employer and/or Jobseeker of any security compromises or suspected security compromises in relation to the Personal Information of which it becomes aware or suspects, immediately on becoming so aware or forming such a suspicion.
Retention of Personal Information
- The Service Provider will retain the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s Personal Information in compliance with the Terms of Service for the duration of the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s Transactions, and thereafter for such period as may be necessary to protect the interests of the Service Provider and its stakeholders, and as required by the Applicable Laws.
Incomplete Personal Information
- When indicated as being a requirement by the Service Provider, it is obligatory to provide the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s Personal Information to the Service Provider to enable the Service Provider to process the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s application for use of the Services.
- Should the Employer and/or Jobseeker decline to provide such obligatory Personal Information, the Service Provider may decline to provide access to the Services to the Employer and/or Jobseeker.
Employer and/or Jobseeker's Right to Access and Update Personal Information
- The Employer and/or Jobseeker has a right to access the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s Personal Information held by the Service Provider, by contacting the Service Provider. The Service Provider will take steps to verify the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s identity before fulfilling the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s request.
- If there are any changes to the Employer and/or Jobseeker’s Personal Information or if the Employer and/or Jobseeker believes that the Personal Information the Service Provider has about the Employer and/or Jobseeker is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date, the Employer and/or Jobseeker must inform the Service Provider accordingly.
- The Service Provider may use its discretion in allowing the corrections requested and/or may require further documentary evidence of the new information to avoid fraud and inaccuracy.
Revisions to this Privacy Policy
- This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time by the Service Provider in its sole discretion, on the terms of clause 22 of the Terms of Service.
